I received this from Arizona Railway Museum member Don McCardle.

In response to burning down the eastern half of Washington this year from railroad related fires, the BNSF built this fire fighting car in house here in Spokane Washingtion.

It comes equipped with:
3 3250 gallon water tanks,
1 500 gallon AFFF (Foam) tank,
2 Honda pumps,
1 Honda generator to power various lights for night fire fights and
2 movable water cannons on either side of the car located up in the baskets.

The BNSF worked with the Department of Natural Resources to make sure that they had all hose fittings, pumps ect. that would be compatible with their (DNR) equipment so that the BNSF can deliver the car and they could man it. Unfortunately, it is now towards the end fire season so we might have to wait until next summer to deploy it on its first mission.
